Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Online or in-person, Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and developing personal coping strategies that target solving current problems. This is a multi-session treatment.

Mindfulness
In-person only, Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Mindfulness can be practiced alone but also taught in a group setting. Make mindfulness part of your business, family, sports club, school, etc, group bookings are available.
