Originally from Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland, Niall brings a uniquely diverse background spanning Business, Accounting, Law, Social Work, and a Master’s degree in International Business. Currently a Medical Student at Ulster University, he is further deepening his expertise in healthcare and public well-being.
Niall’s professional journey includes extensive experience as a Social Work Manager in multidisciplinary primary care and mental health settings. He has been recognised for his leadership in crisis intervention, safeguarding, and holistic patient support, earning the 2023 Western Trust Frontline Social Worker of the Year award. His social work career reflects a deep commitment to person-centred care, mental health recovery, and community outreach.
In addition to his medical studies, Niall actively contributes through consultancy, blogging, and advisory roles across various sectors, combining his broad educational foundation with real-world insight.

With a wealth of experience gained over many years, he works diligently with clients who are dealing with depression, PTSD, anxiety, and a variety of other wide-ranging mental health needs. Born deaf, Simon has had a flair for design from a young age. Through the development of degree and master’s level qualifications in design. He has become the Co. Founder of Simon John Designs
Simon offers a range of support classes for artists, tailored to foster creativity and skill development. These include entry-level British Sign Language (BSL) classes, which aim to bridge communication gaps for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Additionally, mindfulness art sessions are available, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of art for stress relief and mental well-being. Information sessions on deaf awareness are also conducted, catering to both deaf and hearing individuals, promoting understanding and inclusivity in diverse communities.
